Lori McCoy was born and raised in Oceanside, California, where she continues to live and work. She discovered her passion for painting while creating original canvases for her own home, an experience that marked the beginning of her professional artistic journey.

Her work is grounded in attentive listening, trust, and faith. Through color and imagery, Lori seeks to evoke rest, reflection, and a sense of belonging, gently affirming the inherent worth of the viewer. As she quotes, “My art is an expression of my own communion with God.”

Lori is currently completing her studies at Milan Art Institute and continues her artistic development under the mentorship of artists Aeron and Tracy Brown. She is an active member of her local Art League and participates in an international community of artists committed to using creativity as a means of bringing Heaven to earth.
